As most of you know I am in New Jersey for a couple weeks learning the “coffee biz” from my Uncle Mike. What a week it has been so far- I am learning SO much. I am more excited than ever about what we are going to bring to Clyde when we open our shop there. The only thing I think that has been harder than I expected is the early mornings- I am talking the dawn of time itself. Every day. By 9 every night I am falling out of my clothes and into bed. Tonight I am going down to Atlantic City with my Uncle Dave and Aunt Debi, so in my next post I will show you some pix of this area and some of the fun stuff I’ve been doing outside of the coffee shop. I miss everyone, but I can’t wait til we get this going in Clyde. What a great time we are going to have!
Oh yeah- I almost forgot: last night there was this guy with just a guitar singing at the shop and he wanted to try out a song he’s been learning- a song that has really touched him and he loves it so much. Then he sang “I Loved Her First.” hee hee hee> Maybe we can get somebody to sing that in our shop!
